My name is Cassondra Marie Rose, I am the President/Founder and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, at Renewing Hope Family Counseling Services, Inc. I offer therapeutic services for adolescents through adults who are experiencing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, self esteem and relationship problems. I offer guidance, support and encouragement to help you through the challenges in life. I specialize in adolescent life cycle changes including but not limited to ODD, conduct disorder, bullying, weight loss/gain and more. I bring to each of the sessions my experience as a therapist as well as my knowledge of multiple techniques and self exploration. I also have a passion for working with adolescent and young adults experiencing transition such as LGBTQ+ or trans clients wanting to begin hormones or other treatment options! My approach is warm, accepting and straightforward. I use many treatment modalities, but focus on problem solving collaboratively with my client. Take the first step to find encouragement and empowerment to strengthen yourself through life’s obstacles! When my clients bring their honesty, courage and commitment to themselves, we are able to work together to understand and accept who they are today. We will be able to leave the parts that no longer fit behind and make the changes that lead to a more authentic connection.

My name is Yvette Vargas and I started with the company as a receptionist in 2019 and have loved being a part of a great company and never looked back! I have to admit I was not a big "believer" in mental health services, COVID changed everything for me. The need is real, in the Hispanic culture it's usually frowned upon. During COVID I started seeing the changes. Everyone would come in seeking services, from the youngest to the oldest in our communities. I was happy to see the breaking of cultural stigma during the tough times of the world during those hard years. I started practicing therapy formally in 2013. However, I started being formed as a counselor since my middle school days as a Peer Mediator. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in law/legal studies and received my ABA Paralegal Certificate in Civil Litigation at San Francisco State University. Thereafter, I received my master’s in social work at California Baptist University. I interned for a year at RFCC and have been here for almost 10 months. My goal is to provide therapeutic care to a diverse group of people and especially to the most marginalized community, transgender youth, and adults. Hi! My name is Cassandra Gyasi (GEEyah-SEE) and I am happy to join the Murrieta team as Murrieta is my hometown! I joined Renewing Hope in April of 2025 as a Community Health Worker and in September of 2025, I will begin my transition in my hybrid role as an ACSW. I am also a registered certified wellness coach and MSW. I received my Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in adulthood and aging, and my bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with a minor in Psychology, from California State University, Long Beach. During my undergraduate and graduate programs, I have worked as a school social worker providing one-on-one therapy, supervising at-risk students, and facilitating psychoeducational groups on mindfulness. I have also worked creating partnerships with non-profit organizations, building networks of resources for marginalized communities. In addition, I have held other roles as a social worker for prenatal and postnatal mothers, behavioral therapist for children with autism, IHSS worker, and volunteered in Missionary work. As a Community Health Worker, my passion is to empower communities to available resources and build resilience through systemic barriers that impact communities’ access to health and wellness. Hello! My name is Jocelyne and I have been a part of the Renewing Hope team since October 2023. Over the years in my studies and practical experience, I have gained clinical insight regarding various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and behavioral problems. I am passionate about assisting underrepresented populations such as those experiencing homelessness, LGBTQ+, and single parent families of color. I also have a passion for those experiencing bereavement, grief, and loss. Loss is a very difficult experience for everyone at any age. What drives my passion for this type of grief work is the interplay between grief expression and culture. We all have our own ways to express overwhelming emotions and this can be misunderstood by others which can complicate or stigmatize the grieving process. I have delivered therapeutic services to those who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, with the majority being trans-gendered, as well as experience with those experiencing homelessness, both individuals and families. Accepting others' coping styles and creating healthier ones is a focus of mine; especially with cultural aspects in mind! Being employed in Behavioral Health sparked my interest and felt the need to advance my career in Mental health. My name is Sharina Sanchez, and I serve as the Community Health Worker (CHW) Supervisor at Renewing Hope Family Counseling Center, Inc. I oversee a team of CHWs across several Inland Empire locations, where I focus on making sure our staff have the tools, structure, and support they need to serve clients well. I’m passionate about building systems that make it easier for people to access mental health care and community resources. Over the past few years, I’ve worked on developing referral processes, training tools, supervision structures, and data-driven workflows that help our programs run smoothly and keep clients connected to the support they deserve. Beyond my supervisory role, I spend a lot of time cultivating partnerships—with schools, clinics, nonprofits, and city leaders—so that our clients and their families have more opportunities and resources available to them. I also support program development and grant writing through Renewing Hope Strategies, where my focus is on expanding access to healthcare, promoting mental and behavioral wellness, and addressing chronic disease in underserved communities. Just as I was stepping into the role of therapist, life shifted unexpectedly, and I spent nearly a decade in social work before finding my way back. Hi there, I’m Alexandria A. Gutierrez, but to keep it short and sweet, you can call me Allie. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker. I received my bachelor’s degree in 2017 at Mount St. Mary’s University and earned my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Southern California May 2021. I have experience and enjoy working with individuals of all ages. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, self-identify, grief, or any other life challenges, I am happy to help. Hello! I have been working with RHFCC since April of 2024. I started off as a medical assistant in 2017 and transitioned into administrative work over the years. It has been my goal through all positions to create a welcoming environment for every person who walks into our office. I can guarantee when you are walking into our Hemet office you will be greeted with a smile and an open mind. You will be treated with respect and kindness as this is a judgement-free zone. I spend my free time journaling, meditating, going to the movies and spending time with my family.

Kiyla Nunez is a compassionate team member at RHFCC, fluent in both English and Spanish. Kiyla is known for her friendly, patient, and understanding approach, Kiyla creates a welcoming environment for every client she meets. She plays an active role in supporting RHFCC’s mission by promoting its services and helping individuals feel comfortable as they seek counseling, medication, or other vital resources. Kiyla grew up in Mexico. She finds deep inspiration in witnessing the growth and transformation of people who come to RHFCC during challenging times. Her work allows her to see firsthand how clients progress as they invest in their healing and personal development. The best advice Kiyla has received is, “Don’t do to people what you do not want done to you,” Kiyla brings empathy and integrity to everything she does. She’s passionate about making a difference and ensuring that every person who walks through RHFCC’s doors feels seen, supported, and empowered.
