My desire is to help you gain insight, direction, and clarity for your life choices. I graduated from Southern University A &M College, in Baton Rouge, LA with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I later attended, the University of La Verne in La Verne, CA where I received a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I have over 12 years’ experience with working with adults, young adults, children, families, and couples, survivors of trauma (abuse/domestic violence), unresolved substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, as well as working with various multicultural backgrounds. I am a believer of the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (mindfulness). My goal is to help client’s breakthrough their emotional uncertainties, so they can reach their full potential in life. My motto is “Decide what kind of life you actually want, then say no to everything that isn’t that!”
