I received my masters degree in Counseling Psychology/MFT at California Baptist University.  In the last 7 years (pre & post degree), I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations from a boys group home, psychiatric hospital, a substance abuse and recovery center & Crossroads Christian Church. I gained hands on experience as a child care worker, mental health worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and a group facilitator. 

 

I have a passion to help those who want to be a better version of themselves, build stronger relationships, communicate more effectively, grow in their faith, process loss, grief, and or trauma using healthier coping skills so that they can live their best life right now.
