Anne is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. She has also completed the additional education and training requirements to treat couples and families. Her previous experience includes providing outpatient outreach therapy services to children, adults, and families experiencing a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges. Anne’s current interests include using mindfulness and creative arts therapies to help individuals struggling with adjustment, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as children with behavioral issues. She seeks to create a collaborative environment in which the therapeutic relationship allows the client to explore difficult experiences, foster self-growth, and long-term awareness. Anne’s therapeutic style, a combination of CBT, DBT, person-centered approach, and
expressive arts therapies, assists clients in achieving the change they want to see. Anne believes that every individual has the potential to overcome challenges, build resiliency, and find the path to move forward towards a self-sufficient lifestyle. She is a graduate from Lesley University with a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Dance Therapy.
